Below I listed the official draft picks so far. We all have guys that we'd like to see BB and caserio agree to pick. Since we're all pretty much getting stuck inside and have time on our hands, how about really taking some time put together a Mock Draft the way you really would like to see things go. Please don't just slap the top 12 players in Walter's best in this.

You can also trade picks if you think that it's honestly something you see happening.

Hey Ken. I think you need to rework your trade. Unless I’m completely reading it wrong. We dropped back 21 draft spots from #23 to #44 and only gain 12 spots from our 3rd round swap, #87 up to #75.

We would need a much bigger return for that trade out of round 1.

There's not enough value returned for that trade.. Giving up 21 early spots to gain 12 later spots? Did you mean to add something else?

I see somebody else commented on this too. You are way too experienced at this stuff for this not to be a mistake.

Yeah 44 and 75 alone is a little light for 23 much less us throwing a mid third back in the deal

I was in a rush. Had to drive to Maine to bring some items to my wife's sister (3 hours round trip)and forgot to add Brissett who is one very unhappy camper. Should have waited before posting it.

Brissett has $20MM he can cry himself to sleep on. Should’ve only signed a 1 year deal if he didn’t want to find himself in this position. Or played better.

I wouldn’t mind seeing him back here but no f’in way am I giving up 87 for him.

And why would the Pats even want him back? Didn’t you tell us repeatedly three years ago that they were unhappy with his progress?

Plus the Colts already dumped Hoyer so they’re probably relying on JB to back up Rivers.

It's a mock draft, let the man mock it the way he wants. I know I chimed in, but I knew something was missing. :)

None of us will be 100%. All I wanted to do was have some fun and get guys thinking outside the box.

The problem for all of us is that we're going to be stuck at home for an extended time and all I wanted to was get people actually finding guys who just might be selected in the draft. When it's over, the most fun part will be seeing who fills all of the 6th and 7th round slots and the biggest test will be who fills the three third round picks..

So rather than beat the shit out of my mock, start doing your own and I welcome taking a beating on Sunday AFTER the draft is complete.

Ok. Here is my mock draft for the Patriots. I know Coach B will do multiple draft pick trades. I’m only doing 1. I like BigKens trade partner with the Colts. So I have the Patriots trading picks #23 and #100 for the Colts #34 and #44. The Colts select QB Jordan Love with pick #23.

Round 2 #34. Kenneth Murray LB Oklahoma
Round 2 #44. Cole Kmet TE Notre Dame
Round 3 #87. Harrison Bryant TE Florida Atlantic
Round 3 #98. Matt Hennessy C Temple
Round 4 #125. Jack Driscoll OT Auburn
Round 5 #172. James Proche WR SMU
Round 6 #195. Antonio Gibson RB Memphis(my man crush)
Round 6 #204. Joe Bachie LB Michigan St.
Round 6 #212. Tommy Kraemer G Notre Dame
Round 6 #213. Rodrigo Blankenship K Georgia
Round 7 #230. Reggie Robinson II CB Tulsa
Round 7 #241. McTelvin Agem DL Arkansas

A. I posted a mock in the draft thread on Friday

2. It’s a discussion board. If you post something, you should be prepared for that content to be discussed. Can’t foster good discussion if we don’t challenge the things we don’t agree with.

Third, a person can just ignore criticisms of their mock. Or use them as inputs to make their next one better.

I can't say I've done the research to know how each of those players rank, but I like the positions and placements.

I partially disagree in that since this is a mock all criticisms should be in the form of alternative actions, which in your terms, truly fosters a good discussion.
