Quit checking me out.
but I stuck 'em in my list anyways.
And we are all really fucking shocked let me tell you.

Washington made your list? Why no Oregon? I doubt Washington has a snowball's chance in hell with all the starters they lost but I stuck 'em in my list anyways.
I see Oregon as a talented team with a very difficult schedule. They're not good enough to beat all of Auburn, Stanford, UW, USC, ASU on the road. I see a couple of losses there. Why no Oregon? 8 teams most likely to make the 2019 College Football PlayoffI see Oregon as a talented team with a very difficult schedule. They're not good enough to beat all of Auburn, Stanford, UW, USC, ASU on the road. I see a couple of losses there.
Most realistic:
Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma
Best shot to knock off and/or replace one of the above teams:
Ohio St., Oregon, Texas, Notre Dame
Best chance to beat one of the above teams but still not make the playoffs:
Michigan, Texas A&M, Washington, Florida
Teams that will look good at the end of the year, but whose early losses or weaker schedules will keep them out of the playoffs:
Penn St., UCF, Washington St., Iowa
Iowa? Weak schedule?
Not seeing much of a chance Oregon is in the mix. They're probably a 3rd/4th tier team in the country this year.
That's the only way it can happen. I just don't see any of them being able to overcome the other ones. Oregon, Washington, Stanford are all basically 8-4 teams in the SEC, B1G, or Big 12. I also don't think 12-1 gets a Pac12 team in unless there's total chaos in the rest of the P5.I look at the Pac-12 & I see a lot of 3rd tier/4th tier teams, but if they manage to go 12-1 or 13-0 they could squeeze in ahead of another team that picked the wrong time to lose.
Clemson
Alabama
Oklahomo
Ohio State

Uggh, I hope not. I'm tired of Clemson kicking Oklahoma's and Ohio State's asses. We've beaten them more than we've beaten Furman, the Citadel, and Wofford the past 5-6 years. Let's get some new blood in there (Nebraska would be neat considering 1981, and we haven't beaten the Huskies or the Ducks before), or skip the first round and just let us have Rocky V.
