There's no excuse for pleated pants as far as I'm concerned.

Unfortunately, I live in the Carolinas, where pleats rule. I swear, you could make two pairs of normal pants out of these pleated monstrosities that people wear down here.

Costco here has Urban Star brand loose fit "stretch" jeans.Cheap-$25.00 and great for work.

I agree with what Jeff says. Baggy jeans suck so hopefully these will bridge the gap. Honestly I wear Lucky slim straights or Levis 514 and they fit well but I have been off the skates for a while.

They aren't skinny jeans by any stretch, just straight leg. They fit like pants should. I don't like parachute pants.
