Lotta pros and cons. But the days of privacy are gone forever. The frenzy for dirty laundry just gets worse. On a front like this, it's not a bad thing, except for the jumping of conclusions before the facts are all in. In other areas, where it is NO ONEs business... it is a true sick fascination, IMO.

Watch, being he is a starter on an already depleted defense, Harbaugh will weasel out of his "if you put your hands on a woman you are done" Statement. We'll get the old "we are investigating the situation and it will probably take us until February until we find out any facts" excuse.

Either way, this is terrible news for the 49ers. Maybe that 4-12 thread isn't that far fetched.
