Lets do this!
I wouldn't want him back anyway. I loved when he was playing well for us but by seasons end I was hating him because he was to slow.He won't get traded inside the division

I definitely don't want to give up any assets for him and just don't want him back in general.Even for the right price he is at this point in his career a good player for 75% of the season but wears down and is a liability late into the season and playoffs.I think the reason you wouldn't want him back would be giving up an asset for someone possibly being here for only a month+, not that he's too slow - even at where he's at in his career, he's still very good, but I think asset management is key - if he still wants to play after this season, then I'd absolutely look to signing him if the price is fair, but I don't think giving up something for him now is prudent
Sekera fetches a 1st and McKeown
Good deal for both teams
And this too:
Yeah both teams gets what they wanted. Nice condition by Lombardi.
Wish we weren't in such a tough spot between playoffs and not right now
I would think someone takes Coburn off our hands at the very least.I still say we need to move at least 1 of our 5 highest paid Dmen. Teams that appear to be buyers that could use defensive depth are the Wild, Ducks, Habs, Sharks, Blues, Lightning and Canucks. In a deep draft we don't have a 2nd round pick. In order of value we have Coburn, Grossmann and Schenn (some value because he is a right handed shot). MDZ is only 24 so he would be useful to keep.
The Ducks have injuries on the back end. Sharks need help as do Canucks.I would think someone takes Coburn off our hands at the very least.
Somewhere I thought I saw Coburn linked with TB. There defense is getting thin with injuries. The Ducks have injuries on the back end. Sharks need help as do Canucks.

Eklund says we are undecided between buying and selling but that the Ducks and Flames have major interest in Grossmann.
I don't care if you're 1st in the league, if you have Kimmo coming back and teams wants to pay up for Grossmann you take it.
absolutely.
side note: if the Flyers make a buyer move, I will be writing Hextall a strongly worded letter.
Eklund is usually a major dumb ass when it comes to rumors. I have been, however, saying the Ducks could be a play for Coburn, so Grossmann to them is not far fetched. Either Eklund is getting smarter or I have dropped to dumb ass level.Eklund says we are undecided between buying and selling but that the Ducks and Flames have major interest in Grossmann.

are you leaving that up to us to determine?
