The Nationals GM deserves a raise to save the team 350 million dollars and deliver a world series is crazy but then again Bryce turned down the huge offer from the Nationals more so than them trying to save. Either way Bryce is somewhere probably cut off from all social media and TV in a log cabin punching a tree

My understanding is Harper wanted to play for a team that would have a better chance of winning the World Series and...

...this.

That's like the Kevin Durant Principle meeting a botched roll.

Springer's WS stats are pretty amazing:

.339/.456/.839 (19-56) with 7 doubles and 7 home runs, 11 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He hit .296/.441/.667 in this WS.

Hey 'stros fans, want someone to blame, see this guy :D:D:D:
I have bet on Houston all five games...first two I was betting heavily, because the odds were so lop-sided -- like they are again tonight. Then, for games 2-4, I bet lower because I was running out of funds, but still on Houston.

Putting down 2G's tonight. If there's a game seven, I don't know where I'll put it.

So, Nats win tonight then? :D

It's almost guaranteed!

Well, okay

Congrats 2 Nats

True ... Nationals had some dramatic hits also late... 5 times they faced elimination and trailed every time only to come back and win, gotta respect that ...

I saw another stat where during the postseason, the runs scored by the Nats in innings 7-9 was around double (maybe more) than what they scored in innings 1-6.
