But that doesn't mean it's accurate it's that persons opinion and those vary from supposed expert to supposed expert about players performance and capabilities...

He needs at bats more than anything, but at the same time he needs instruction that he would be more likely to get stateside. He should have a very busy winter.

I wonder if any of our young pitchers will make a Cole Ragans like transformation this winter. If so, will the Rangers decision makers be able to recognize it any better than they did with Ragans?

It would be great if either Owen White or Cole Winn could make such a transformation.

Overkill. We need to re-sign Montgomery & Garver and sign Hader plus add 3 or 4 relievers thru free agency and/or trade
