And as we all know now that number is zero and probably the main reason he was kept on the team, he kept them loose, motivated and focused. There are a lot of things that the average fan never knows about what goes on in a MLB clubhouse, and this happening doesn't surprise me in the least

I agree and I mean no offense to you, but I’m glad it played out the way it did. Ranger fans just wanted a championship. We needed one bad. More than any other baseball team needed one.

since We have a championship now, we can be more picky about fun matchups and stuff like that.

I think even if Philly made it to the WS, Texas would have still come out on top because they were hot and Phillies had inconsistent relief pitching. Congratulations to Texas!
