You are right but that 1st pitch he calls a strike. Funny how the announcers didn't say anything about it. But at least Scherzer still got the shutdown inning.

Love that we’re winning, but I wish we put up better at-bats. Several times we go 3 up, 3 down in like 7-8 pitches. Meanwhile the DBacks make their half innings last a while. They battle.
