Yep sure is. You get to the start the inning with runners on 1st and 2nd.

My problem with this tournament is what could have happened to Salvador Perez. The initial hit looked bad, but luckily no structural damage to his knee. These players are too important to there MLB teams. Let College player play.

so the announcers bring up an interesting point with the runners added in the 11th.....do the pitchers currently get charged for those free runners?

Now the WBC weirdness starts. 11th inning on... each team starts with 2 players on base (the last two players who got out last inning).

You could get injured in Spring training just as easily.
