I think Bortles will be fine. Winston could be much more than fine. Higher floor because of the picks, higher ceiling is not crazy, as we saw Bortles ceiling last year.

I would go with Winston. I think Bortles is a fine starter along the lines of a Ryan or Dalton. But think Winston's upside is just so much higher than Bortles.

I like Bortles myself, he needs to cut down on the picks is all. Got to love his weapons.

Winston for me. Once Ivory is healthy and banging away, the run game will be the offensive focal point whenever possible

I can't stand Jameis Winston, but I think he is going to develop into a really good QB. If he doesn't mess up off the field, he has top 3 upside in the future. Bortles is solid and perhaps safer, but will not ever be the league winner that I think Winston might develop into.

Long term, Winston is the better QB, IMO. Bortles (who I like too, for the record) had to throw a lot last season, because his team really hasn't had much of a rushing threat and has almost always been trailing. I think that changes, as they seem to be improving on defense and I imagine their running game will improve as well. Especially when Ivory is back.

Winston really has all of the tools, including the intangibles, that require a QB to really flourish in the NFL. They're also building a pretty solid team around him, which is obviously huge. In my dynasty league, you can keep one player every year, and you keep him in the round you drafted in. I took Winston in the 13th this season, which means if I want. I can have him in the 13th every season for the rest of his career. I'm pretty pumped about that.

Winston is the better NFL quarterback, but I think Bortles is the better fantasy QB. He has to put up a ton of yards because the Jags are always playing from behind.

Except they're not a bad team now...
