He interviewed for the San Jose job after Grandpa Ron Wilson was fired. I think he's glad he chose the job he did though. He probably would have taken it, but Doug Wilson wants to be the Red Wings so he chose McLeeloo instead.

As far as coaches looking for employment this off-season, it will be very interesting to see what develops. I wonder if the Habs would bring back AV if he gets canned by the Canucks.
