All the players are tested, that's why so many are positive. If the general public was tested, there would be an equal number of positives

Moral to the story. There a lot of asymptomatic positives out there walking amongst us.

season gets called 30 games in. someones starting infield will test positive on game day, and the other teams SP...and they have to call a game due to lack of players.
and some guys will opt out after a few weeks of this too i think.

No. Even if they keep playing with backups, games that are postponed will likely not be made up because of the compressed schedule. There just aren't enough days off. So we will probably see a missed game here, a missed series there, that will not be made up. Could get awkward for the playoffs if a team misses about a quarter of their games while others play 55-60.

Totally agree.
Especially with teams like the Giants, O's, Tigers and Pirates who flat out suck really are just exposing groups of people for no reason.

Yeah, I agree. It's very unlikely that every team will play 60 games. There's bound to be several postponed games that simply won't need to be played later because they'll have no impact on the standings.
