Again how is it Tomlin's fault that they have had a roster that's only good enough to finish above .500. A coach's job is to get the best out of what he has to work with and nobody has done it better than Mike Tomlin. He had winning records and made the playoffs with QBs like Pickett and Tribusky for God's sake.

And this is exactly the problem, people think despite not winning a playoff game since 2017 even though they’ve been 5 times since then it somehow doesn’t matter because he does a good job of keeping his team at or above .500

When do hold him accountble for his terrible playoff performances and lack of leadership down the stretch?

I am picking the Bills, Eagles and Bucs today.
I think Bills/Broncos may be closer than people expected, and I think the Broncos have a chance actually, their D is really good and I could see them limiting Allen’s effectiveness. It will be interesting to see how Nix plays and if the Broncos can establish a rushing attack.
