Yes the top three teams (KC Bengals Bills) are very good. They’re as good as the Eagles Niners and Cowboys. If this were August your comment would make a lot of sense. After watching the regular season I don’t think there’s much of a gap if one at all between the top 3 in each league.Did you spell NFC wrong, because the top of the AFC is a gauntlet
reminds me of a story I heard when I was younger.Eagles Dline is too good for Niners O to handle for 4 qtrs. Purdy will suddenly look really rookie for the first time.
That’s why this is a great matchup SHOULD IT HAPPEN . The Eagles and Niners are arguably the two most physical teams in the NFC. They have systems modeled on winning the line of scrimmage and exerting your will in the trenches.reminds me of a story I heard when I was younger.
They all have a plan on how to beat you....... until they get punched in the mouth!
I'm looking forward to it. Unless of course my team upsets one of themThat’s why this is a great matchup SHOULD IT HAPPEN . The Eagles and Niners are arguably the two most physical teams in the NFC. They have systems modeled on winning the line of scrimmage and exerting your will in the trenches.
Assuming it happens SF Philly should be a fun matchup, but gotta give Philly a small edge esp at home...probably be Philly -3 points or soYou forgot the Steelers 9-8
I would say that the Niners “signature win” was the Chargers. After tonight the Chargers are like 1-6 or 1-7 vs playoff teams.
It’s not about signature wins though. I think it comes down to matchups. The two teams kind of mirror each other in the way it’s constructed. If the Niners come into Philly and win their 13th game in a row, I’ll tip my cap to them because that would be a very impressive run.
None of the "contenders" have frankly had a very impressive schedule. That we have so many 12,13, and 14 win teams is a solid indication of that. What exactly is the 49ers signature win outside of the division? And why discount the Eagles wins in their division? It was the by far the best division in the league. 49ers played in one of the worst divisions.
49ers beat 3 teams that finished with winning records:
Chargers 10-7
Seahawks 9-8 x3
Miami Dolphins 9-8
Eagles beat 5 teams that finished with winning records:
Cowboys 12-5
Vikings 13-4
Giants 9-7-1 x2
Lions 9-8
Jaguars 9-8
Eagles had 1 loss against a team that finished with a winning record and it was with their backup QB on the road in a close game.
49ers had 1 loss against a team that finished with a winning record and it was when the Chiefs blew them out 44-23.
How exactly did the 49ers go through a tougher schedule?
They’ve earned mention in that group when they establish a consistency.I'm looking forward to it. Unless of course my team upsets one of them
And prey for a Sunday game
And that's why Chiefs fan want a Sunday gameWell Lawrence has still never lost ever on a Sat.
We are an eternity in NFL time away from there. Things can change in a single snap. Philly needs to be healthy to account for all of the weapons SF has. Shanahan with a shit ton of “toys” and a dude who can extend plays is dangerous.Assuming it happens SF Philly should be a fun matchup, but gotta give Philly a small edge esp at home...probably be Philly -3 points or so
yep. They’ve earned mention in that group when they establish a consistency.
better than the yellowstone train station!Brandon Staley heading to the airport to get a one way ticket to Thailand.
yep.
Thats the fucked up thing about my team.
We can lose to some shitty team & then turn around & beat the best team in the league.
Who the fuck knows which team shows up. But with that. Means you're saying there's a chance!
I would feel bad for the fans of my team, but then I see the Vikings. They need every game to come down to a final drive. So I know it could be worse.
