Why trading down could come gift wrapped

Look at the teams drafting behind us that could want one of those 2nd tier QB's.
In no particular order.

If one of them is in love with a specific QB, we have a great opportunity to move down a few spots and pick up a valuable pick/picks in return, Bruce may pull that deal. Cleveland may end up using its second first round pick for a QB, but you never know.
