No. Sorry man. Irreguardless isn’t a word and saying “Real well” is 100% incorrect. What’s the opposite of “real”... it’s “fake”. You can’t say “I’m doing fake well” so you can’t say, “I’m doing real well”. My 6th grade teacher hammered that into our brains. People say crap incorrectly all the time. Doesn’t mean it’s right. And I’m not the grammar police and I’m also a terrible speller but this silliness started when he asked me to speak English.
