Rob Gronkowski has played 102 out of 130 possible games in his career. With the majority of those missed games coming from two seasons. 2013 and 2016.
So you're saying he's missed like 20% of the games.....

This is my new favorite thing to show people who actually believe in some conspiracy theory between the NFL and the Pats.

Pretty much destroys any notions about that. If you're secretly conspiring with somebody, you don't run up to them in front of the world to celebrate it being successful. lol

A) Yes, far from "never playing"
B) The majority of his missed games came from 2 out of his 8 seasons
C) I don't understand the angle. What's the point anyway that Gronk has missed games?

Le'Veon Bell has missed 22.5% of the Steelers games during his time with the team. (18 of 80)

Would you say that...

- He never plays
- That it didn't matter when he went down in the AFC Title game last year

?

Id say his impact is far greater to the Pitt success than gronk is to New Englands

yeah, thats an awful ratio

Tony Gonazlez missed one game in his 12 year career

Gronk has played one full season in his 8 year career

Gonzalez has over 15,000 yards receiving

Gronk has about about 7,000

Maybe I get a little crazy when people say that gronk is "one of the greatest ever"

- I still don't understand (even if this was to be true) what the point is driving at...

- In 2015 and 2016, the Pittsburgh Steelers were 11-5 without Le'Veon Bell. 1-1 in the post-season.

Gonzalez also played until he was 37, so... it's not really fair to compare career numbers yet. Gronk also already has as more 1,000 yard seasons than Gonzalez.

When he's out there, no one's been better. He's not ONE OF the GOAT TE's. He's the unquestioned GOAT TE. It's not much of a debate. IMO

I'm not debating that he's the most durable guy ever, he's not. I guess I don't get how all of this came out of a mere mention that Gronk was taken out of the game on an illegal hit.

When I think greatness, reliability is a huge factor

Not many "stars" are less reliable

When on the field, I agree, one of the most dominant forces ever at the position

I thought the same about Bo Jackson

But getting back to the original reply to my post...

He's not "important" to the team? Not a difference maker? You think Jacksonville was pleased, or indifferent about no longer having to worry about Rob Gronkowski?

I think the Pats won again without him, I think the Pats will win in 2 weeks if he is out, and they won a Super Bowl without him on the field for more than 10 minutes the whole season last year

These are simply facts, his importance is pretty self explanatory

No one ever accused Mighty Mouse of cheating. If he were a Patriot that is a PI on Butler.
Are you kidding me? It should've been OPI. Wilson almost hit Butler square in the numbers. Not his fault he's 5'-10". This honestly never gets old.
