If you don't have Saban, Meyer, Peterson, Fischer, Stoops, or Harbaugh, who would you want?

Dabo, he is an amazing recruiter and motivator. I really hope he comes home when Saban retires.

I am happy with the Tom Herman hiring, but my choice from day 1 after Mack was forced out was and still is David Shaw. Best coach in the country, IMO.....

Has Oregon fired him yet?

I'm not sure. Although I did hear he's been barred from every all-you-can-eat restaurant in a 100 mile radius of Eugene.

Of those listed I would say Dabo first and Chryst second.

I am happy with Dantonio now. If he left (knowing neither one of those would come here) I would say Fleck from Western Michigan or Narduzzi from Pitt.

He's actually a great head coach. Built up Western Kentucky and rebuilt South Florida. I think he's got a real chance to make Oregon a force again, and not just on offense, but a solid all around team.

Willie Taggart is 40–45 as a head coach.

Personally I love James Franklin's offense. McElwain's game management. And Dabo's passion.

But every Bama fan knows that Dabo will get the call when Saban retires.

Taggart at Western Kentucky is what Harbaugh was to Stanford.

Look at how good Western Kentucky has been since his arrival. Multiple good QBs, WRs, and RBs drafted.

Dude is an up and coming coach. Some coaches win, some coaches build. Willie Taggart builds programs.
