Should have been an option for: Who cares? They will all be under .500 and shouldn't be a story in the post season. I'd hit that.
If Atl and NO both finish 7-9 the Falcons have the tie breaker right?

Heeeeeyyy....I just noticed -- there IS NO NFL South!
No one outside of Seattle cared about them being a 7-9 playoff team except to whine and moan that they shouldn't be able to be there. Then it was crying about them beating the Saints because they shouldn't have been allowed to even play them at that record.
Whoever it is should be happy they are there and not apologize to any other fan base that has a case of the ass over it, but I think most of us won't be paying much attention to them as they are likely not going to survive the first weekend.
To me the most likely winners of both conference are still GB and NE until one of them drops. There are several teams that could upset either of those apple carts. None are from the NFC South.
