My vote is the Washington Football Team. They would have to volunteer but they would be fun to see and would have some good storylines with the young D line, young WR's, the addition of Fitzmagic, etc. Much better than the list of teams that are required to be eligible - Denver, Cardinals, Cowyboys, Giants and Panthers. Really nothing great about any of those teams IMO.

Not sure I agree. Cowgirls always have a story of some kind, and they bring the ratings. Denver would be great if they landed Rodgers or Watson. I’m sure all teams have storylines for it. I wouldn’t want the Redskins on there anyway.

Unless Dallas opts out, it will be them. I hope the opt out.

Hard knocks is a distraction, well at least it was when it first aired.

Does the team or NLF get final editing approval?
Because if they don't, it's just asking for trouble.

Kicking the NFL is almost almost a bigger pastime than football itself.
Why feed the monster for free ...let them work for it.

Why does a rookie HC make a team ineligible for Hard Knocks? JAX has a compelling storyline.

Because he needs to worry about how to coach in the nfl. Not about being a movie star

Jags hinted at volunteering so it would be fun to see them. But assuming they don't then eligible teams this season that can be picked and are not able to opt out/decline are:

Cardinals
Broncos
Giants
Panthers
Cowboys

It will likely end up being the Cowboys or Giants due to the market. My money is on it being the Cowboys. Broncos would be the most interesting though if they somehow pull off a trade for Rodgers.

They aren't ineligible. They can still volunteer. They just don't qualify as one of the teams that HBO/NFL is able to pick from and would be unable to decline.

Teams that made the playoffs or have a first year head coach are able to avoid being picked.

I would predict the Jags, so they can follow Lawrence around.

Welcome to the OP. You seem to have the required Dallas opinion when talking football.

LOL, wouldn't know....football logic tells me all the eligible teams would be preferred over the washington's.
I wouldn't mind the Cards.. Murray and the WR'ers not to mention Coach Bro. Big ass season for Coach Bro.. Cards would be awesome.

Teams can opt out? I didn’t think they could?

Green Bay. Be interesting to see how Love handles the offense if AR stays away.
