Voted Sam Bradford. Surprised to see Kaepernick winning with his team friendly contract.

I'm not surprised at all. If the poll were public, I'm sure there would be a lot of Seattle fans voting for Kaepernick as being overpaid. Sure, there would be a lot of homers from the Niners side, even if the deal wasn't good, but I think the Niners fans would spread the votes out over Cutler, Romo, and Bradford. Therefore, the Seattle fans are united and the Niners fans votes have been spread out. The Niners should unite and vote for Cutler. Or is it Romo? Or is it Bradford? Dammit, I can't get this thing straight. Just kidding.

If Seattle fans feel Kaepernick is overpaid, they should be celebrating. Right? If I'm not mistaken, sounds like they're bitching about it.

Didn't he remove himself from that game, saying he couldn't continue while standing on the sidelines ?
Players, media, coaches and fans questioned his tenacity after that one....But if you as a Bears fan are happy with a guy that can't get them over the hump, then have at it.....But remember, Rex Grossman took them to the SB, so what does that say about him to you ?

:lame:

Bears got to the Super Bowl IN SPITE of Rex, and Cutler had a grade 2 ACL sprain jackoff, that he tried to play thru. Questioning Cutler's toughness is just fucking stupid and a fucking cop out argument.

None of these guys are "worth" their salary. But I say Cutler as being the most overpaid. What has the guy done, besides get hurt and put up non-elite stats? Nothing. I would say Romo comes close.

My first thought was Flacco, but he did lead the Raven's to a SB win. Then I thought Eli, but he has two SB rings. Bradford has been overpaid so far; but his contract isn't quite in the same stratosphere as the others.

Kaepernick's contract actually is extraordinarily team-friendly in reading through the details. Plus, in 1 1/2 years as a starter, he's led his team to one SB appearance and one NFCCG appearance. Way too early to start talking about being overpaid in my opinion (even if the contract weren't so team-friendly, which of course it is).

That leaves Cutler and Romo. I voted for Cutler; but it's hard to make a case for Romo being less overpaid than Cutller. Romo is known for consistently choking at crucial junctures, from ill-timed interceptions to botching the hold on a FG attempt to lose a playoff game. The bigger the stage or moment, the smaller the guy seems to play. But I don't follow either QB enough to know them beyond their general reputations. So I voted Cutler, but then thought my way to leaning Romo ...

I voted for Joe Flacco, but I'm starting to regret that vote and think I should've voted for Sam Bradford. At least Flacco has won something in his career. Bradford hasn't even been able to stay on the field. Although, to be fair, it's not like Bradford has had a ton of exceptional WR targets and a competent offensive line.

Honestly, I think you need to include Russell Wilson on that list. He's this years joe Flacco. The only reason he got an extension was because the Seattle defense won them a Super Bowl.

Cutler didn't remove himself from the game. But if you enjoy living in ignorance, you can keep doing so.

I went and found the quote for you too, just so you won't deny that Cutler didn't take himself out of that game.

"As far as Jay, Jay didn't take himself out of the game. If you're going to attack somebody, you should be attacking me. As a head football coach, and our medical staff, we're the ones ... he wanted to go back in. He was injured and went back in in the second half. So I see it as the complete opposite of how it's being portrayed right now."

That's a Lovie Smith quote that can be found in the following link.

NFL playoffs: Chicago Bears' Jay Cutler suffered MCL sprain vs. Green Bay Packers - ESPN Chicago

Now you can stop being ignorant on this matter.

Bradford at $50M less than Kaeptain Kaengeroo? Hell, I'd still vote Kaeptain Kaengeroo as the most overpaid even if it was even money.

Sam Bradford > Kaeptain Kaengeroo
