Roy Williams does a great job at getting elite players that he can actually develop and aren't full on 1 and dones. But Jay Wright's system is probably the best atm. Spacing with excellent passes and elite shooting is really changing the college game to where a Rockets or Warriors style offense can work.

Yrah if you're narrowing it down to the last 5 or 6 years Beilein has to be up there. 2 national title games and another E8.

This tournament I was most impressed with the coaching job of John Beilein and thought he had the best game plans going in.

Bob Huggins seems consistently to get more out of less than anyone out there.

Porter Moser gets the award for getting his team to believe and overachieving.

He's been to 9 Final Four's and has 3 Championships. He's only finished worse than 3rd in conference 5 times in his entire coaching career. I'm not sure how that means he "struggles every other year"? He's definitely been bounced from the tournament earlier than he should have on occasion(1990, 1992, 1998, 2017), but every coach has. UNC has probably been the best program in the country since he's gotten there.

Mark Few with what he has done at Gonzaga is amazing. Private small school funding in a very isolated place and he is able to get some top end recruits and compete now at the national level and hold their own against the UNC, Dukes, and KU's of the world. Impressive what he has done in Spokane.

Coach K and Williams are legends, but currently not the greatest, because I'll give that to Wright. He has implemented a system that works and works as a team. Nova isn't loaded with 1 and done guys, and that has benefited the program. Scary thing is, Villanova will probably be better next season and Wright and the Wildcats have to be favored to win the title again next year, making it 3 championships in 4 years. I just appreciate that Wright has done it with building a team and program and through developing players rather than all this 1 and done AAU crap.
