I haven't bothered to check if the Niners are mathematically eliminated, but it's academic at this point. Sadly, it is time for this thread. I wouldn't mind seeing the Cardinals win. They've never won before and winning it with a 7th string QB would be a great story. Or do you want to see the Seahawks win again to put more pressure on the Yorks to win a Super Bowl? Another interesting one would be if the NFC South winner went on a run and won the Super Bowl.

No way Seahawks. I would like to see Arizona win it. Be great for their fans and there are a number of players like Fitzgerald that are easy to roor for. I could root for Green Bay also.

Green Bay or Seattle. Green Bay if they have home field advantage. But if not, Seattle. It's time for Russell Wilson to get paid.

Indianapolis.

2nd choice would be Denver (for Peyton).

Cincinnati would be cool, too. I just want someone different, not Seattle or New England and the like.

Wilson is gonna get paid big no matter what. QB's don't grow on trees and Seattle has found their franchise QB in him. They won't let him go.

Anyone from the AFC I guess since I don't see a team other than Sea/GB making the super bowl for the NFC. I don't think I can ever root for either of those teams. Patriots aren't really fun to root for either so I guess Peyton?

I wouldn't mind Arizona either but I don't think they have a shot at all.

At this point I hope the Cards win it all. Keep the Lombardi in the NFC West!

If the Cards or Seahawks go all the way to the Super Bowl, then that should make them less fresh for next season. I'm definitely pulling for the Cards, though.

I think it will be the Packers vs New England. Would like for Rodgers to win multiple championships.

I hate the Hawks, Steelers and Pats so it would be like pulling teeth if I had to watch one of these teams in the SB.

Dude, go to thread tools and see if you can put a poll on this thread.

List the candidates and let us vote on a team.

You also have the option of showing who votes for whom.

What? No love for the Seahawks? I kid of course, I'd be surprised if the Seahawks got a lot of love from the 49ers fans.

They empathize with the Cards since neither team has a QB

To answer the question, um.... Seattle :suds:

It would be cool to see a 7th string QB win the Super Bowl riding one of the best defenses in the league. When the Ravens won a Super Bowl with a terrible QB, at least Trent Dilfer was their first string QB.
