Was at the Pirates game in the lower sections where my view was basically half netting half not and honestly couldn't tell a difference even when I was trying.
Before the games they at least have netting that can retract for players to sign balls and such still, but that was one of the cooler things I saw at the game yesterday was the fans jostling for a ball when the players would go to the dugout. I think that's the better argument than obstructed view.Netting is 90% air. The real loss is the players flipping the ball into stands after the third out. Kids in the first 20 rows no longer need to bring their gloves to the game. First four rows in the outfield will experience a price increase.
Until they leave the stadium and are outside in the south side
Probably is. Way more dense an area. Ton of people.i've heard there's more crime outside of Wrigley
Wouldn't be entirely surprising but I'd guess since that's more of a big bar area that attracts a ton of people you'll get the disorderly stuff that comes. The area itself around Wrigley is nice though.i've heard there's more crime outside of Wrigley
