ACC - In AP Poll, only 2 teams in Top 10, Clemson #2 and Miami #8. Last few years, Clemson has really taken over as the the team to beat.

B1G - For many years, it has been Ohio State and the rest of the conference. Is it still that way or has a few other teams caught up?

Big 12 - #7 Oklahoma is the only team in conference in the Top 15. However, TCU is always right there with them and West Virginia has a strong team. Texas always has potential. Is Oklahoma the only worthy Top 15 team?

Pac 12 - #6 Washington is Pac 12's only Top 10 team. But Stanford and USC are in the Top 15. Has it become Washington and everyone else?

SEC - Alabama always seems to come out on top. With Auburn and Georgia always right there, but they are not near as consistent as Bama.

Potato Salad - Too bad, don't be a pussy and choose a conference.

For me it was between the ACC and B12. With the ACC it's really Clemson and then recently it's been FSU/Miami; but a significant leap from 1 to 2. The B12 is saved somewhat by TCU. Very similar conferences.

Currently Clemson has a massive leg up on the rest of the ACC

It seems odd to say because the ACC is one of the deepest conferences, there's a lot of solid teams but none that are really anywhere close to Clemson's level

I saw on TV, "Will Clemson be challenged in the ACC this year?" That is where I got the idea for this thread.

Honestly probably not, they could roll with Kelly Bryant all year and go undefeated through the ACC, then pull an Alabama and wait until the Natty to unleash Trevor Lawrence

I would be shocked if any team other than Clemson won the ACC.

Can't say that about a team in any other conference.

Honestly, is anyone surprised when these teams win their conference?
Alabama
Oklahoma
Clemson
Washington
and some BIG team.
Since the start of the playoffs, who has won their conference
Big12 - Baylor/TCU and then 3x Oklahoma
SEC - 3x Alabama and then Georgia
ACC - FSU and 3x Clemson
B1G - OSU, MSU, PSU, then OSU
PAC12 - Oregon, Stanford, Washington, then USC

Alabama didn't even win their division last year.

Anyone that voted SEC obviousily isn't paying attention.

Homemade potato salad, made from red taters and dill. Sooners and Bammers. Obvious is obvious.

And they have won three of the last four conference titles.

There is no reasonable argument that the SEC is more one team oriented than the Big 12 or ACC. It simply isn't a defensible position.

You mean the other two conferences that have had one team win it 3 times in a row as well? Also the one year Bama didn’t win the conference they beat the conference winner in the national title game. It absolutely is defensible.
