"Playing great" is having fumble, interception, no passing TDs and QB rating in low 80s at halftime (Gilbert was high 80s)?

I guess I understand all your comments regarding all the pro bowlers the Eagles have better now.

I guess if you're blind to the negatives and only see the positives you can believe just about anything.

Obviously you did not watch the game if you are listing the interception as any sort of negative on Hurts for that play.

So instead of going 6-0 since that point they have gone 5-1 since that point with the one moss being where Reagor dropped a would game game winning TD pass twice at the end of the game.

4-1... buy hey, who are you to embellish when talking about the Eagles.

Reagor is pro bowl elite level talent... so dropping game winning TD is not possible.

Did watch the game... take away that interception.. then give him the interception that WFT safety had and Goedert bailed out Hurts. Two can play at that game.

Only idiots would risk injury in the final week of the season when a bye week is not at play. Especially in the longest season in league history. We already saw this scenario play out last season when teams who were out of the race for the #1 seed in the final week opted to instead rest starters instead of risking injury heading into the final week of the season because it flatout isn't worth it if you have your division locked up but can't get that #1 seed. The #2 seed has lost major value.
Yet, it happens... Teams play for HFA in the postseason all the time... Do you think if TB had a chance to get HFA over GB, they'd just forfeit their last game without caring if they played in GB or not? I doubt it...

That wasn't an interception though. That was a QB throwing it up for his elite TE to go get the ball.

Of course Tampa Bay would because Green Bay is the #1 seed so if Tampa can get that #1 seed in week 18 then they will try.

Poorly thrown ball that safety had his hands on first. If he is so elite, why is he not catching a "good pass" as you call it that became an interception?

Cannot have it both ways.

If Dallas wins their next 2 games... guarantee they will at least start the game with their starters in week 18 as they will still have chance to catch GB starting the day if Packers win next 2 games. Detroit already upended Cards and should have beaten Ravens at home.

Packers still have tough Vikings game and the Browns... if Packers lose 1 game before week 18 it is Dallas who controls the #1 seed as they have best conference record of Packers, Bucs, Cards, Rams.

Because even elite players drop passes. Giving your elite players the chance to make a play is never a fault I will see in a QB.

Bucs own the tiebreaker over the Cowboys.

Not if there is a 3 or more way tie with Packers, Cards or Rams for best record. Will move to conference record as no one swept all the others that would be in 3+ way tie.

I do not think Packers lose more than 1 of their last 3 games which is what would be needed for Bucs tiebreaker over Cowboys to be effective... and the Rams would have to lose one of their games as well.

If Packers go 2-1 and Dallas goes 3-0, Cowboys will be #1 seed no matter what happens with the other teams... Bucs and Rams worse conference record and Cards would have had to lose to Cowboys and would also have worse conference record.

If you are looking for the asterisk next to the interception you are not going to find it... counts all the same. Just like TE bailing out QB for a poor under thrown ball.

Bounces even out for good and bad throws to get the big picture.

It isn't even close to the same thing at all. It was a good pass by Hurts to give his elite TE a chance to go and get the ball down the field. There was no bounce on that play.

Was that elite TE named to the Probowl?

No but those are definitely coming in the future now that he is the feature TE. Still had to play the split snap and target game with Ertz for the first month and a half of the season.
