I'd have to say Tom Brady. Every season, week one folks are questioning his arm strength and putting pressure on him to fail. Last season, he lost week 1, came back this season with a 4 td game. No one is under more scrutiny than Brady at each game, vultures awaiting the decline.

I didn't get to see the MNF game with Carr. I accept that he had a great game but I have to wonder how much Waller plays into Carr's stats. From what I've seen from the talking heads, Waller caught some balls that most guys wouldn't. Maybe I'm way off here but Carr has these games and then when his WRs or TE aren't balling out, we start talking about his accuracy. This has been a recurring theme for Derek since he came into the league.

Chiefs and Cardinals had a three headed effort. Their stars almost cancel each other out.

For me this is between Wilson and Stafford. I think the Rams were 8 or 9 point favorites so Wilson seems like the pick.

I understand the Jones argument.

Went Winston but the browns punter deserves some recognition ;)
I think there is a halfway decent chance the Chiefs still win the game if the Browns punter punts the ball. The Chubb fumble was a way bigger turnover.

I do agree that Hurts had a great game and could have been an option. But facing that defense, one could argue downgrades things.

Chandler
5 sacks
2 FF both lost
4 TFL

Not to mention, he did it against a decent left tackle.

That is strong. I think you could make a huge case for him being POTW.

The Eagles played the Falcons. They went 4-12 last season. I only picked players with quality wins.

Rams beat the Bears. That's a quality win?
The Bears made the playoffs in 2021. The Falcons did not. I didn't include Brady or Darnold for the same reason.

Eagles nation should be very pleased with the W on Sunday. Hurts played great. However, I think there were BETTER performances out there.
