I know Jones is starting for sure. If Bridgewater is healthy and given a fair shake he has at least a 40% chance of overtaking Tua imo.

I think logically people should be saying Mac.

.....but I just have a gut feeling it will be Tua.

Tua is going to start living up to expectations a little more.....while Mac is going to start living down to his lower expectations.

But if you look at last year, it is real hard to say Tua with a straight face. The ones who think it will be Tua is more based on his name and expectations from college than his performance in the pro's.

All i know is that we are 100% going to know if Tua is legit or not by (glances at schedule..) week 4. With Mac Jones, things will be harder to decipher because he could have more excuses built in and he has another year to be a 'young' QB.

At least Tagovailoa will be on speaking terms with his HC this season. Tagovailoa has pretty much everything set up for him to succeed this season, but I don't think he has the football IQ to take best advantage. I could understand his college hip injury affecting his arm strength during his 1st 2 seasons. If it's still affecting him it will likely always will.
