Where should the NHL expand or relocate to next?

After Seattle what do you think are some popular US cities that could relocate or go for an expansion?

As for US cities the only one I could think off of the top of my head would be Milwaukee.

Quebec City deserves a team before any other US or Canadian city.

I think the nHL should have primary rivals or maybe Fierce Rivals. 1 team is designated your Fierce Rival. Check the math, it adds up.

You play each of the teams in your division 4 times.
4 x 6* = 24 games
You play the other teams in the conference twice
2 x 8 = 16 games
You play the other conference teams twice
2 x 16 = 32 Games
You play your Fierce Rival 12 times! (maybe 1 of the 12 has to be a special location like outside or on a ship or something )Naval Classic?))
12 Games!
Total 84 games!
So the players do not complain about the extra wear and tear, each period will now be only 19 minutes! 1 x 3 x 84 = 252 / 60 = 4.2 hours! Whoa! The players are actually getting the equivalent of 4 games off, what will they do with their spare time?

This is why Memphis makes sense, they can be the Predators Fierce Rivals? Maybe Gnash could slaughter those stupid Peabody Ducks in Memphis to heat things up
