Depends on the timing.
If they can get a trade for Kawhi completed first, they can then sign both Lebron and PG as long as they are able to move Deng's contract in the trade.
If they sign Lebron and PG first, then they can't trade for Kawhi because they will have waived Deng and stretched his contract.
I don't remember how it was done (just that it seemed complicated), but I remember reading an article where they said that the Lakers might be able to get Lebron and PG this summer and then clear space for Kawhi next summer.
I could see the Spurs dragging their feet on this. But I wouldn't be surprised if by the start of the 2019-2020 season, that the Lakers have a starting 3 of Lebron/George/Kawhi.
