It would the 2nd biggest upset ever in the playoffs according to the point spread, if it settles anywhere above 14. And it would be the largest point spread loss at home by far if it settles at 16. The record right now is the Broncos losing to the Jaguars in the 1996 Divisional. Broncos were favored by 12.5.

It would be a huge upset. Worse than the loss to the Jets in 2010. Likely the 2nd worst defeat by the Patriots.

I wasted a lot of money and a lot of time going to that Jets playoff game in 2010.

Oh yeah, we froze our asses off too! :L

Much worse....The Jets entered that game with some real pieces the Pats needed to worry about, I cant even envision how the Texans score until that garbage time TD to make it 38-10

I doubt many are giving Houston a chance, but I'm willing to bet big money, the football world would rejoice a Texans win.

Certainly those with teams still in the playoffs. I think a lot of others would be miss the type of game you'd get with the Patriots playing someone else big but there is still a lot of hate out there.

I agree. It would have to be like the Philadelphia game last year where the Patriots had a 14 point lead and they started to get cute with pooch punts. A blocked punt for TDs, Special teams TDs, some turnovers and suddenly the game was out of reach.

Anything can happen once you start playing. Because of that I think the Pats will have their game face on even if we fans don't.

I just think really think he is one of the worst QB's ive seen in this league in a long time, and I think the Texans D is a lot closer to "Good" than their "Great" ranking, a result IMO of their awful division

Definitely worse than the Jets. They did beat the Pats earlier in the year (granted Week 2) by two touchdowns.

By the way, it's +750 on "Yes" for "Will the Texans get shutout?" That's crazy to me that it's that low. There's been one shutout in the last 10 years in the playoffs. Granted it was the Texans last year.

Texans taking a 3-0 lead, to eventually be trailing 38-3 wouldn't shock me

I think he was "ok" at Denver and so you can say he had upside. Of course even then he was replaced by a QB with an arm good for 3 good throws a game. But there's no question Houston overpaid for him and he's completely melted under the pressure since than. He looked "ok" (again) against Oakland but this is a better team he's facing this week.

Yeah I'm not sure now good Houston D is either but they're going to need to play great and some lucky bounces to even have a shot.

On the Texans' defense, actually not so much division games.....

They have just been very very very good at home.

And so-so on the road.

And this is a road game.

Soooo.........

Bellicheat caught partying it up on a boat during a bye week. Some skank is resting her head on his D and his laptop is open with child **** all over it. Damn, this is worse than the Midgets boat adventure.

I always enjoy a good Belichick joke, but this was fucking lame.
