This struck me as less avoidable based on the angle Tootoo was taking and Ehrhoff's positioning on the play.

I think Lucic should have gotten two deadhorse and Tootoo shouldn't have gotten anything.

But as stated earlier in this thread, Tootoo got two because Lucic got nothing, and Shanaban knew it would cause problems if Miller got steamrolled again with no supplemental discipline.
