Nah I like New York, especially the rural part. I have nothing against the Sabres either, I just really think that play got blown out of proportion. Its just a hard hockey play to the net; was he supposed to not try and give up even tho he had the defender fairly beat?

fify. Since Rehab he's REALLY cleaned his game up. When he hits the ice now he is legitimately trying to score and help the team, not get stupid ass charging penalties just to "hype" up the crowd/players. He's actually taking shots and last years post season really made a difference for us. I really cant see him intentionally going after a goalie but then again Miller did fuck on us saving 36 out of 37 so who knows lol

Even people out of rehab have a relapse every now and again. No one other than Tootoo can say for sure what his intentions were, but I can't help think he took a shot at Miller just because it was too good to pass up in that situation?

The fact that he was pushed from behind and that he didn't follow through with his hit makes this seem kinda novel to me and I wonder if this opens up a can of worms.

I'm curious to hear what Fistric gets. He jumped in the air & hit Niederreiter in the head. In the past this would be nothing more than a fine it is the Islanders after all. We'll find out if Shanahan is any different than Campbell.
