Don't get me wrong, I know full well the Patriots are more than capable of embarrassing any team at any time. But as a Patriots fan, if you're being honest, the Steelers are the less desirable match up right?
As a Chiefs fan, I think the Steelers are a tougher matchup than even the Patriots.

Mostly.

I think its also because the Pats dont have Gronk and I think Gronk, Bell, Zeke and Rodgers are the 4 players no one should want to see right now.

Not necessarily learned, but confirmed. If your QB gets hurt, you're fucked.

I feel sorry for David Carr, but laugh at Raider fans.

I like the idea of one extra playoff team. Why should you get a bye for being 2nd best?

Week 1:

2 vs 7
3 vs 6
4 vs 5

Week 2:

Lowest seed remaining plays #1
Other 2 winners play each other

We get 2 extra games and don't have to add any more weeks. It's beautiful. Do it. Do it now.

I think its a very overlooked distinction.

There is a HUGE difference between the 7th best QB in the league (Carr) and the 32nd best QB in the league (Osweiler) but just as an important different between the 32nd best QB in the league and the 55th or so best QB in the league (Cook).

Cold weather is a factor.

But global warming! Just kidding, I'm not insinuating anything about cold weather and the presence of global warming - I know global warming can't be refuted by cold weather.

Does NE have the easiest road ever to a SB? I won't get into regular season schedule because they beat who they had to and I think they are the best team so even if they played in a decent division I think they still beat everyone. But, damn...they may win every AFC playoff game by 40 points

Steelers can score, though the Patriots allowed the fewest. KC's D is good, but they allow a lot of yards before the red zone and then Tom Brady is better in the red zone than the QBs KC has faced. So 40 point wins? No, I don't think they even run up the score that much if the other teams don't show up. Save plays for later. Run up the score in the SB.

It's not that I don't respect the Steelers, but I think the Chiefs are a much tougher team. I'll be rooting for Pittsburgh this weekend.
Ditto. I think KC is a tougher match up for NE.

None of the wildcard game participants are any good!
That sloppy shit isn't going to get you very far!!!!!

That Pats fans are still obnoxious, in denial, and believe they actually won 4 SB's without cheating ?????

I could see how you could say that none of the wildcard teams were any good. But the division winners all convincingly. What do you want to see from them to suggest that they might be good?

Yeah, not really understanding his logic... All the good teams won convincingly in the first round... Hawks are 2-2 against the teams w/ a first round bye... If he meant, they were bad games? I can understand unless one of them was your favorite team... All games were lopsided so it didn't make this weekend too much fun unless it was your team that won...

I still fear the Steelers the most in the AFC against the Patriots. Nothing against the Chiefs but the Steelers are the most capable of striking fast and quickly and with a few bounces staying ahead of the Patriots. And they are also the most capable of shrinking a big lead if the Pats do get ahead.
