Chiefs winning by 4 with Jimmy G throwing a goal line INT to seal it. Sherman then proceeds to start questioning the coaching staff. Yeah that sounds good to me

I would agree with that...

Yeah, me too. I think the Niners are the better all around team, but the Chiefs have such a special player that it's reasonable to make them the favorites.

I like your chances though, that D line has been lights out and if you can pressure Mahomes it gives you guys a dam good shot...

Yeah, I think it's a toss up as to who will win, but it's reasonable to call the Chiefs the favorite. Maybe it's better that way for the Niners, as it could give them extra motivation.

They shouldn't need to be motivated but if Sherman has rubbed off on them this should rile them up.

I know the Niners are very popular and almost everyone wants them to win, but just to be sure, I made this poll.
Evidently the Chiefs are more popular than the 49ers based on the forum vote.

I used to believe that those extra little motivational things didn't matter at all for athletes, but recently, I've changed my mind. They all want to perform well so that they can do well on their next contract, but as with any group of employees, there are probably a good number of them who wished they had a different job or that they were doing something else other than being on the job. These extra little things that can get them excited, bring fun, or challenge them could enhance their level of play.

Bill Walsh used to do some subtle things to get players going. One good story about what he did prior to the Super Bowl in Miami

I want to see the Niners win 36-17 and shut that gay ass Mahomes up.

There is the Dallas Texans winning which would be good because it's still going to be a long time for Dallas or the Texans to win a(nother) Super Bowl.

Or the 49ers could win and we can poke fun of this girl (Cowboys fan) at work whose answer to everything is "five rings". Seeing as how a Niners win would give them six.....

Kind of a win-win either way.

They're the 'favorite' but it's basically a pick em
