What program deserved the death penalty, but didn't get it?

Since SMU Football got hit with the death penalty for 1987, there have only been 2 recorded instances of the NCAA enforcing it. One was against Morehouse Men's Soccer and the other against MacMurray College Men's Tennis, both in the 2000s. Prior to SMU, Kentucky and USL (now Louisiana) both got hit with it for their Men's Basketball programs.

In your opinion, who deserved the death penalty, only not to get it?

None deserve the SMU treatment. SMU didn't deserve it either.

College towns will expand their reach with all this nonsense.

Metropolitan areas will end up like Vanderbilt.

Not enough clowns in Georgia St. or Bowling Green, Ohio to ruin there college towns.

Miami. Per the rules there was no other penalty allowed.But Shalala from the Clintoin administration was the university president and Obama was President. That's when I knew they'd go free.
