Absolutely bullshit Rex. Aikman was a pinpoint passer.

He is without a doubt the worst QB in the NFL HOF, he barely has a 1 to 1 TD/INT ratio. Johnny Manziel would have won 2 or 3 SB's with Emmitt Smith carrying his water for him.

He has no business walking into that building without a ticket.

On the contrary, most Cowboys fans have a high regard for Aikman.

Aikman and Barry Switzer both owe their fame to Jimmy Johnson and Emmitt Smith. The respect for them around the country can be measured with a teaspoon.

go for it, I will give you a big hand of PLAUSE if you do. go ahead , start the thread, put in vote. Cowboy up.
About a ye3ar ago or so, I was on the Dallas board and asked about Aikman and his legacy there. I don't remember if I asked for a comparison to Staubach but I think I did. I was surprised that almost all answers were overboard for Roger, and we not glossy about Troy.

You are a good poster Rex but you seem to have a problem with any great QB that plays for anyone but the Patriots.

I'd be willing to bet that Dallas fans are super fond of both quarterbacks. Staubach has a lot of respect simply because he's the older of the two, Aikman is still seen on a regular basis with his announcer career. Staubach has a lot of love because he was a Heisman Trophy Winner and Annapolis grad. Go ahead start the thread. I will give a bunch of PLAUSE.

Once again you are wrong on this issue. Just give it a rest.

That's not true at all and I was a bit of a Cowboys fan when you were still in diapers.

Aikman sucked. 141 INTs in 165 starts years don't lie.

This thread is about Aaron Rodgers and how poorly he has been playing. Let's stick to the excuses for that and dispense with your faggotry.

Brett Favre threw many more INT's than Aikman and will be a surefire first ballot HOF selection.

akin to saying that Brady owes his fame to Belichick and Vinatieri - doncha think?

Yup, cuz BB and Vinatieri are responsible for his 420/147 TD/INT stat line.

Rex is a good guy and I agree with him on politics but we have a few disagreements regarding NFL players.

Take it up with the Packer fans. Favre was mostly very good for about a hundred years, but he is not getting a pass from me when it comes to 336 INT's. That is awful.

Favre never missed a game because of injury in 20 straight seasons. That is incredible for a starting QB.

Brady's OL does a decent job of allowing him time to throw.

I guess you haven't watched much Pats esp the last 2 games. He had over 10 knockdowns vs Buffalo alone . He has the quickest release in football, that helps

Or your coach/GM.

If you give me the choice of Belichick or Brady in his prime, I take Belichick.

Not me Belichick has only been to the playoffs once w/o Brady in 7 seasons as HC
