What Do You Put On Your Burger?

I'm surprised as to how 'American Cheese' is still a 'staple' in America. I'm always goin' Provolone, Pepper Jack, Cooper Sharp, etc.... nuthin' worldly - but I like the taste over what I think is 'bland' in American Cheese.
















Just a comment, eat what cha like I say. Well, Velveeta? (sic) ...I ain't goin' there.

I don't remember the last time I bought American cheese.

1 strip of bacon, ground raw. Mix right in with raw hamburger. Grill.

From there, it doesn't matter.

3 Pepper & Onion Mix
(sliced green/yellow/red peppers and onion)
dolloped on the burger with mustard and cheese.

If you got a Krogah near enough, cop you some...awesome with chicken too.

Lightly toasted Cristini buns, mayo/mustard swipes, jalepanos, Oregon bleu cheese, applewood smoked sumptin, tomato, egg and a fat ol pile of lean burger (watching my weight)

I like to take a spoon and push a dent in the burger before grilling and fill it with Corona. Pickles, Jalapeno's, and Mustard. Yum. Think that's whats for dinner tonight

For me.

Shrooms
Tomato
Onion
Pickle
Mustard
Either A1 or Heinz 57, never both just one or the other.
Sometimes miracle whip, yes miracle whip!
Cheese

And if I cook them on the stove top I add a little water and worcestershire sauce.

Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Lowry's season salt

I like to put some cracked red pepper in the meat before cooking. I also chop up an onion really fine, put it in a ceramic bowl covered with saram wrap and nuke it for about 30-45 seconds before mixxing it in the meat. The nuking steams the onions.

Once cooked I like a melted american cheese and a little katsup.
