This was probably the best pass protection that our OL has given Russel for the two years he has been in the league. All week the moronic experts talked about how Wilson has to be kept in the pocket, don't let him get outside, blah blah blah. Well, he was protected, he stood in the pocket, and he delivered strike after strike for 3rd down conversions and touchdowns. He played lights out with zero mistakes.

Part of this though was the lack of pass rush that the Denver defense presented. Our division rivals will not be so easy on us. If we want to repeat, we have to build a better OL. Draft, free agency, I don't care how they do it just do it! Get an OL that will protect Russell so that he can sit back and pick apart defenses like he did yesterday.

And maybe get him a big, bad WR that will can anything thrown in his direction.

Stay the same, already they are talking of signing Bennet,we have a young squad that will not look much different this season,we will be fine.

Earl Thomas is going to be signed soon to i heard.

I agree we go O line in draft or FA.

O-line, WR and depth. When Earl went down for a minute in a previous game, we put in Maragos. Not knocking him, but he is not Earl. We have the luxury of being able to draft for depth and find what we want.

There will be some people let go eventually, but that is what happens. Can't keep them all. I really hope PC's compete mantra is always in play and every starter has to play for their spot. It sucks, as a fan, to see guys get let go, but that is how you maintain a dynasty. Make tough decisions and trust the next group coming up.

Vegas just posted the futures odds for the next SB. Right now we're the favorites at 9/2.

WIN the NFC again which will be another grueling struggle, the Cards,Rams i have no doubt will draft well and the 49'ers have a plethora of pics.

Then there is Carolina and the Saint's.

Our one big thing is the 12th man and home.

and since we get to thrash the AFC West and NFC East next season, all of the teams in our division will have good records. It will truly be a matter of winning our division games.

They just have to stick to the plan that got them to the Super Bowl in the first place: Keep the core together as long as it's fiscally responsible to do so and try to replace the players they can't keep for a reasonable price with free agents willing to take less for a shot at a title and drafted players that other teams have overlooked.

Well, if we make it to the Super Bowl and face Denver again, it wont be as easy.

Word on the street is Peyton has signed up for Wilson's new quarterback camp.

There is definitely going to be some tough decisions, I've also heard they are going to be re-signing Bennett which is great news. I have a feeling we might be losing either Tate or Baldwin next year. Another team will probably step up and pay these guys a little more than Seattle will be able to, so we will need to look for a WR in the draft.

Also, do you guys think they will let Turbin go and start getting Christine Michael some reps behind Marshawn?

To repeat, the Seahawks have to again run the gauntlet of the NFC west. Easier said than done.

the next few years are bright then contracts are gonna get serious

but right now id say get another stud wr, o-line depth, and a good back up for lynch.....hes a beast(pun intended) but if he goes down I dont think you have anything to step in, or to reduce his toll at all........

our 2nd round pick up last year is, I think, going to be Lynch's back up in case he goes down.

Grunching.

I am not even going to start to care until draft day, no disrespect to anyone looking ahead but I've waited my fan life for a Championship just going to enjoy it as much as possible.

To repeat the Hawks will need to have a better season at home. improve from 7-1 to 8-0 :P
Then they will need continued growth on the offense AND Defense, wow just think about that. This defense isn't as good as it can be yet ...WOW!

If the Hawks can go 8-0 at home take a road game away from one of the NFC West teams and go 6-2 on the road then i see Home field through out. Which again will be needed to make it to the superbowl.

So go 8-0 at home, 6-2 on the road at least, Get Home field through out the playoffs and continued improvements on Offense and Defense. That is all this team needs to repeat.

and no injuries. We made it through this season in remarkable fashion with patchwork O-line, WR injuries, suspensions, etc. Most everyone got healthy at the right time and put up a magnificent performance in a championship moment.

Amazing this squad is built on 3rd, 4th round and undrafted FA's. Just goes to show what kinda coaching job this staff has done. F'ing ey.
