Yeah I dunno if he's there's when they pick then take him. Just wasn't a fan of trading picks for him. They don't have a MLB on team and need upgrade IMO. The guy they took in 2nd round guys said was a reach because he would have been there in later rounds. Haven't really loved any of the picks since the 1st round. Doubt any of the draft experts grade them higher than a C so far

When you can get a Conner Cook for a cheap 4th round pick, who most if not all had him going late first to early second is worth it.. McGloin is a FA next year, and now we have a young rookie QB that was regarded pretty good from most as our back up.. Winner man.. Or we can even trade him.. Smart move..

I agree smart pick. Good value this late.

In my opinion probably best pick for the Raiders since the 2nd round. Not a fan of some of the others but this kid in the 7th fits the Raiders well
