Tough to say. I'm wondering if we make a move at all? Figure everyone gets bumped down a notch once Henrique is back. Elias moves to the wing, most likely Tedenby gets knocked down to the 3rd line and either Matteau gets sent down or Cam gets scratched.

I think when all is said and done a bottom 6 winger is more likely than a top 6, and it will probably be Harrold or Greene going the other way. Matteau goes down, Cam gets scratched and our bottome 6 becomes:

Tedenby-JJ- Guy we traded for
Bernier-Carter-Gionta

A lot of teams are desperate for NHL ready D though so we may be able to get someone to overpay.

i was thinking/wanting them to move one also. i think if teds doesnt step up his game package him and the d man out for a forward. larrson really should be getting mins.

i would like most to see greene gone he has a big cap hit. tallendar i think is solid and looked good last night. volchenkov no one will trade for

From what I saw last night, Teds still tries to do too much, hangs on to the puck too long and gets himself into jams. He needs to start passing more, getting toward the net, using his speed and his small frame to draw penalties. That's when he'll be an unbelievable asset to us. I've actually liked him so far.

I agree Tallinder has been solid, and A-Train's salary/age make him tougher to trade, not that I want to because I think he has been solid as well.

Arnott and Sykora are still out there and we wouldn't have to trade for either. Both know the system and can put the puck past the goalie.

We need Tallinder to mentor Larrson. A-train would be awesome if he were faster.

A-Train is still awesome. I trust him more with the puck than I do most of our offensive minded guys. Plus we need guys that can hit and lock it down if we have a lead late or need to kill penalties.

Zids prob has the most value and Id be for it if the return is good and Larsson is ready to go. Since neither of those are likely Id hope Lou is big on getting Greene outta here. I can live with Harrold out there over him. Some of his shots last night from the point were brutal..does he even aim at the net or go for a deflection?

I'm really not a fan of Zids. I don't see us trading him, but I feel like the main reason we got him last year was because Tallinder was hurt. Now with Tallinder in the lineup he becomes expendable in my opinion. He's just so frantic and all over the place in his own end and constantly lets guys behind him in the neutral zone.

A-train is key to the penalty kill, but he always plays an "in demand" style for teams that are desperate for d help.

I think either Greene of Volch would fetch the best return since they still have a few years left.

Fayne might also attract a lot of interest since he's still young. Except for Bryce and Adam, I really don't care which dman is traded. Although, I'd prefer that Volch stay.

I'm thinking Greene has played himself to be the odd man out.

You keep Salvador, Larsson, Tallinder, Vol(i would), Zids(i dont want him but for offensive purposes we "have to"), Fayne the very least.

Makes Harrold and Greene(who was one of my favs TBH) the "odd" men. Problem with Harrold is his speed.... sucks.

That's why I think we get a bottom 6, Poni type of player. What did we even give up for him? A 4th rd pick and a nothing D prospect?

The most you would prob get for any of our Dmen excluding Larsson is a 2nd line winger, or a 3rd line center.

Judging by the ice times, one would think Tallinder and Volch are the two most likely to get traded.

A second line winger would work.
