As always, good football games are worthy of pigging out on good food and drinking yourself silly, like a dark-age knight.

So what are you planning to cook up?
What is on the spirits menu?

Nice, good game menu.
You need to look for some space for 1 or 2 martinis to focus, haha

Annual SB tradition at the LSD household is homemade chili prepared from scratch by yours truly. The difference here is I make mine per the official international chili cookoff standards, which I believe started in Texas. And that means no beans or other fillers/thickeners, such as pasta, flour, cornstarch, etc. All meat, veggies and spices. I use a combination of chuck roast and pork tenderloin. I cut the meats up in tiny pieces, so it's not ground. Makes for the perfect texture.

Few buddies and I banned together yesterday and killed an Orca. There's still plenty left so assume we'll just eat that.

Beer.

Not sure about food yet. Maybe some beef jerky and nachos, perfect football food.

Slow cook some baby backs, then finish in oven or grill with BBQ sauce, cole slaw on the side; heavy duty Nachos and beer; vanilla ice cream Sunday with nuts …
