i posted the play there was no forearm to the face

from that angle he loos more like a forman to the chest/neck area. And why does Chase even raise his arms in the manner that he does as if he's getting ready to block Ryan or hit him with a forearm. Than he way he comes across Ryan's body as if his intent was to throw a punch or a forearm.

Now I can understand why he didn't hit him with a shoulder, but the smartest thing to do imo would've been to wrap Ryan up, but not take him to the ground. I know it sounds ridiculous as this is tackle football, but even from the angle you showed it looks like Young is throwing some type of blow with intent at Ryan.

And dude is way off base. That's no where near the worst roughing the passer penalty that;s ever been called.
