If the skins win, Rivera HAS to take the fine, and rip the refs. This is a call you don't make especially since Ryan played through and the hit appeared to actually hit his chin/neck area. Young is actually trying to make a play and not get a penalty

You'all can say what you want but that was a penalty on Young. A forearm to the face of a QB is going to get called every time. Why didn't Young tackle him instead of throw the forearm ... BTW he was still standing when he was hit. He hit his knee after the forearm.

Yep. He could've hit him with a shoulder, wrapped him up, hell, pushed him down. But nope. He came with a clear cut forearm shiver to face area. Not saying he was trying to hurt Ryan (tho if he was he did a shitty job of that too) but that was in everyway a stupid play on Young's part.
