Quit checking me out.
What would Marcus Lattimore advise him to do IYO?
What about the other 99.9% of players who play in them without getting injured?
Shit sucks, but it's not common.

I suppose people can find reasons to justify it, but I think it's a huge finger to the the team, school and fans.

Agreed. I see no one complaining about Cajuste sitting out, ya know?Bout 5% of them have a real shot at going pro. No matter how ya slice it, it aint worth the risk
and that's Griers blind side protectionAgreed. I see no one complaining about Cajuste sitting out, ya know?

As a guy with a pretty uncertain draft stock, he needs to do everything he can to get things in order.
Look at the post 2 spots above@cmc_rebar any thoughts? or just drive by bullshit ratings?![]()
Or, Grier has much more to lose if he gets injured, while Dungey has much more to gain by playing well in the bowl game considering how poorly he played against the only 2 ranked teams he faced this year. This isn't a playoff, but this isn't a dust bowl either. I will guarantee you that the SU qb is looking for a job on Sundays and the guy will carry SU on his back is has to.
Honestly.....Dungey has the heart of a fucking lion and Grier may be a bit worried that he will be compared to Dungey.

It's a ranked opponent. That's my point. I never said they have as good of a defense. His passing numbers weren't great against Clemson, but I guess if he wants to get drafted as a TE or something, the rushing stats are nice.Against clemson Dungey was 26/41 and 250 yards, two russing TD's and 1 int against tht D in that heat...in death valley.
The ND game he was carried off the field early....even carried out of the stadium. So there's not much to see there except he took a odd hit and came up lame. Both games were on the road.
And comparing the defenses of Clemson and ND to that of WV's....now I'm not sure if serious or if trolling. Please say you were just trolling.
I just hope it’s a good game. It’s like dejavu, I said this last year vs Utah.![]()

He also threw a pick against ND.
We'll see. I mean, you let North Carolina's QB go to town on you and they're absolute shit.Oh....for sure on Dungey having to look at something other than a starting qb gig on Sundays. But there is a job on Sundays were he will see the field. The guy has great awareness and like you said....I think TE is where he'll most likely land. And Dungey has looked damn good out there too. He will be playing for a job and my thoughts is WV is going to get a lot more than most think.
Grier on the other hand is supposed to go high in the draft. So facing the SU D-Line ... which has been a problem for most teams this year, is not in Grier's btst interest because not only can he get hurt, he could also look like shit from the pressure they can put on a QB.
Playing against SU is not going to be a fun day in Orlando.
