Didn't watch it too closely but it looked like the defender went right after the TE for the breakup & not for the ball. That usually gets called 99% of the time if they contact the head like that; helmet, pad, or arm/forearm. If he had played the ball then I would understand the no flag.

yeah & usually when the 2nd guy comes in to clean a guys clock after it is INC, they get called.
