I sure hope so. But I’m a little dubious that just this alone starts to right the ship.

I do find it entirely possible that they have had a good week of practice and talking it all out. Doug has been able to get everyone back together before. This shit from Scandrick could have just sealed it all the better. I did note that there seems to be no one, anonymous or otherwise, that has come out in any level of support for what he said. So there’s that.

It seems like ages ago when they made us so happy by beating the Packers in Green Bay.

This is not going to be an easy one to turn it around on. Buffalo’s offense can be handled. But for this defense it will take some work. Somebody needs to spy Allen, I have no fucking clue who. Whatever our front four is has to get pressure, because John Brown has been consistently solid and is just the type of receiver to torch the shit out of us.

This is not going to be an easy defense to beat. If they all have been coming together this week and everyone is doing their job than Doug has a plan similar to the Packers game. Run strong and start it early. Even if you are down 7-10 quick. Heavy on Howard and let the line mash. The Bills secondary and blitz can eat us alive. Keep the game moving and the Bills offense off the field. Ultimately this game will turn on 1-2 turnover (as many games do), so hopefully this falls our way. Allen can be forced into bad throws.

I still see us losing a somewhat close one. But if we can win a somewhat close one it will be great!
