We started out slow against the Raiders and I am sure many if us were a bit nervous but with halftime adjustments and the D and O just exploding in the second half, we put away those pesky Raiders. Win number one in the books.

This week, the Arizona Cardinals come to LA with their new QB-someone we are all familiar with for a very long time. We should kick some serious ass this week as we continue to build and keep big mo. I expect the D and O to continue to get better as McVay stated in his postgame speech.

Pharoh Cooper will be out in all probability because his ankle injury is more severe than originally thought. We will def see someone else fielding punts and kick-offs. The specific player has yet to be named. My guess it'll be a WR.

I should be able to make this game on the telly. Should be a blast to watch the Rams bring slobberknocker football to one who shall remain nameless!!

Cooper is probably out for a month if he doesn't need surgery. Mike Thomas is his backup, but is also nicked. If the Rams don't add someone off the street, Kupp could be the guy. I believe Brandon Tate is still a free agent and is essentially a return specialist.

Not sure I want to see Kupp as a return guy. Great hands but too valuable as WR. Maybe a backup RB for kicks?

After facing Raiders Pro Bowler Rodney Hudson last week, Ndamukong Suh gets a rookie center from the Cardinals this Sunday. Mason Cole was the 97th overall selection. PFF gave him an opening grade of 60.1 (19th at his position) in the opener.

I remember the times when you guys were hoping the rams wouldn't be killed by the cards. Oh how times have changed. :facepalm5:

If it means anything, I always rooted for Warner as a Cardinal. My dad remembers going to Cardinal football games at old Busch stadium in St. Louis then became a Rams psl holder in late 90s until about 2013

Yeah, it was a different deal with Warner. His only transgressions vs the Rams were his annoying wife and developing fumbilitis. Rams got rid of him when his yips seemed career-threatening, and he didn't do much with the Giants immediately after. Glad to see him get it all back together, even if it had to be for a division rival.

I hope the Rams don't take the Cards lightly, Bradford will be up for this game. I don't even want this game to be close. The Rams should win this one big.

He couldn't handle the Skins' d. He may be up for this game, but it won't be for long. It'll be a Dwyane Wade kind of day...

I think that INT at the end of the Raiders game really gelled this teams attitude. Also the 2nd half really gave confidence to the offense. I think the D-LINE will get 5 sacks or more against the Cards. Rams are gonna let loose this game. 34-16
