It was god awful. Thank goodness it didn’t cost the Seahawks a win.

Watching the Atlanta game, they just stopped the Bucc’s way short of a first, refs gave the Buccs a first down! He was way short ! These refs man...

Defense played great till they went into Way to Early Prevent ( DAMN IT EVERY TIME PETE! ) Then after allowing them to score playing that pussy ass prevent that SUCKS THE LIFE OUT OF YOUR DAMN TEAM! they had to try and get back on track! you just can not do that to a team that doesn't have a #1 defense. Let them FEED off their play thats what this young team needs.

Pete started to do this Early Prevent shit in his 3rd year here and it just hasn't stopped even with a sub par defense, we can't continue to do this! It's the main reason we have so many DAMN close games!

Seahawks love to make what should be a rout into a nail biter
Coaching staff deserved to lose this for us. This is like a broken record: who the fuck punts on 4th and 1 from the 50 with 25 minutes left in a game?

Great that we get some Hawks in January, but this team has played to lose most of the season, so it feels very meh.

I'm Happy for the JETS, hate having teams go winless though a season, but man what a great time for them to pull it out, as it helps Seattle.

And there goes the perfect season, no for the Chefs, and no for the Jets.

Michael Irvin was on some streak picking "Locks of the week" and he picked the Rams today. Streak over.

Wait, how did we clinch a playoff birth today?

SCENARIO:
Next week:
LA beats Seattle. LA to 10-5, Seattle 10-5.
Cards win tonight and next week beat 49ers, they go to 9-6.

Final week:
Cards beat LA week 17. LA to 10-6, Cards to 10-6.
Seattle loses to 49ers, they go to 10-6.

So all 3 would be 10-6... Rams technically beat Seattle twice, Seattle/Cards split (1/1). Division I think Seattle would be the worst (at 2-4) in the above scenario...

What made Seattle clinch tonight?

The Win did they can not miss the playoffs now based on their Wins and SOV. the worst they can be is 10-6 and thats a lock for the playoffs.

That's too bad. I like Dallas (lot more than Homer).

sounds like an ankle injury

Dallas won't return to Sunday's game against Washington due to an ankle injury, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports.
It appears to be a serious injury as the 22-year-old was carted off the field, though the specifics of the issue remain unclear. Rashaad Penny was activated from the PUP list Saturday and will work as Seattle's No. 3 tailback with Dallas sidelined.

Yeah, but they might have given Jacksonville the edge in the Trevor L. sweepstakes.
Regardless of how the current team feels about it, the best thing for the Jets organization in the long run was probably to lose out.
